This software, including the ShadowBoy Android application, the ShadowBoy Desktop application, all associated documentation, source files, binaries, assets, services, configuration files, and other files provided herewith (collectively, the “Software”), is proprietary and confidential to the copyright holders. No part of the Software may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, performed, displayed, sublicensed, sold, leased, hosted, or made available to any third party in any form or by any means without prior written permission from the copyright holders.

Notice: This license applies only to the proprietary ShadowBoy Software. It does not apply to bundled third-party components, open-source emulator cores, platform libraries, runtime dependencies, third-party databases, codec libraries, or other separately licensed materials included with or used by the Software. Those components are governed by their own licenses.

No Rights in Games or ROMs

ShadowBoy does not grant any rights to video games, ROMs, BIOS files, firmware, disc images, save files, artwork, trademarks, or other third-party content used with the Software. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content they import, load, back up, or play with ShadowBoy.

Trademarks

ShadowBoy and the ShadowBoy logo are trademarks of ShadowBoy Contributors. This license does not grant any right to use these trademarks.
